MARKETING EFFORTS FOR LOUVER HOUSE
- Produced new ONE SIR pop up banners - distribute to our offices and to key Sotheby’s affiliates – image attached
- Printing a new development brochure – 5000 copies to distribute at all ONE SIR events, to all ONE SIR agents and all international travel – will receive by March 9th
- Printed TRENDS magazine – 20,000 copies that are being mailed to homes and condos over $1 million – Also ONE SIR agents are printing their own copies with their information to distribute to their clients – will be mailing you a physical printed copy
- Printing new listing presentations - for ONE SIR agents when they meet with clients – included development in presentation – will send a physical file once printed
- ONE Sotheby’s Event On March 17th – we are hosting an annual event for all 600 ONE SIR agents – Louver House will be on display at the event for our agents to preview the project – we are also expecting 30 agents from other Sotheby’s offices to attend! - We will share pictures after the event
- Created a rezora eblast with all of our projects so ONE SIR agents can share our portfolio with their clients – this rezora piece has been distributed to over 80,000 clients
- Distributed eblasts to ONE SIR master database – Over 18,000 broker contacts locally, nationally and internationally
- Placed eblast on rezora for ONE SIR agents to distribute as well to their clients
