The Raleigh, a beloved landmark in Miami Beach, is undergoing a transformation. Award-winning architect Peter Marino has been tapped by SHVO, a luxury real estate developer, to design a stunning 17-story residential tower on the property's Collins Avenue beachfront. This addition, slated for completion in 2026, will offer 40 waterfront residences, including eight luxurious penthouses.
The project doesn't stop there. The historic Raleigh will also be meticulously restored, featuring a brand new 60-suite hotel and a private members' club, all designed by Marino. Residents and guests will enjoy the hotel's amenities and 215 feet of pristine ocean frontage.
Shvo Selects Visionary Architect for The Raleigh's Revival
Michael Shvo, chairman and CEO of SHVO, entrusted the restoration of The Raleigh's grandeur to Peter Marino. Shvo highlights Marino's experience with renowned fashion houses like Chanel and Dior, stating, "His work draws inspiration from The Raleigh's Art Deco heritage and storied past, creating a unified aesthetic across the entire three-acre estate, encompassing the residences, hotel, and beach club."
Luxurious Living Awaits at Raleigh's Rosewood Residences
The residences at Raleigh's Rosewood Residences offer a range of options, from two-bedroom units to expansive five-bedroom layouts. Three-bedroom floor plans start at $10 million, while the crown jewels of the project are the penthouse suites. These range from four to seven bedrooms, boasting sizes between a generous 4,564 square feet and a palatial 13,218 square feet.
Residents in these penthouse havens will also enjoy sprawling outdoor terraces with breathtaking water views. Interiors will showcase high-end materials like marble and onyx, complemented by exquisite custom finishes such as decorative plasters and woodwork.
