Since many of our South Florida friends own homes and vacation in the Hamptons, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty invites you to enjoy our 2024 Hamptons Summer Edition of The Scoop. We can already taste the lobster rolls at LUNCH and Duryea’s, fresh corn and tomatoes from the farm stands and Wölffer Estate’s thirst-quenching rosé on warm summer evenings. Please read on for where to stay, dine, shop and be enlightened from art exhibitions to charity galas. Have a wonderful time.

Several new hotels have come on the scene. LDV Hospitality of Scarpetta fame took over The Maidstone and upgraded décor, amenities (Frette linens, Santa Maria Novella bath products), and cuisine, naturally by a Scarpetta chef. Montauk Yacht Club, a hotel with a 200-slip marina and boat charters, also has new management under Proper Hospitality. Onsite amenities include La Prairie Spa and an outpost of St. Barth’s Ocean Club restaurant.
