Four Seasons Coconut Grove Tower Nears Groundbreaking
Coconut Grove, FL – A significant step forward has been taken for the highly anticipated Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove as developers secure essential utilities for the 20-story tower.
Utility Connection Secured
A water and sewer connection agreement is now in place, bringing the project closer to breaking ground. This crucial step ensures the tower's infrastructure is ready for construction.
Construction Permit Pending
The developers submitted a construction permit for the building in December, which is currently under review. Upon approval, this will mark the debut of a standalone Four Seasons residential property in Florida.
Record-Breaking Sales
All 70 luxury residences have been sold, demonstrating exceptional demand for the project. Buyers bypassed the traditional reservation process, opting to move directly to contracts in April.
World-Class Design
Renowned Florentine designer Michele Bönan is overseeing the interior design, bringing a touch of European elegance to the residences. The units will feature private elevators and 11-foot ceilings, with four expansive penthouses also available. Miami-based architect Luis Revuelta is leading the building's design.
